For the Marketing team of our EMEA Commercial Products (CP) division located in Luxembourg we are currently looking for a Senior Product/Brand Manager M/F
The Senior Product Manager manages the Rubbermaid Commercial Products (RCP) brand to build consumer
demand, market share, sales and profitability working collaboratively across a cross-functional team to
recommend brand strategy, develop and commercialize a new product development pipeline, and drive P&L
results.
Responsibilities
• Gathers consumer and market intelligence about the product category with a focus on end-customer channels (e. g. Healthcare, Hospitality…). Translates business and brand needs into a prioritized consumer research.
• Accountable for recommending the brand's and product group's long-term strategies and 3-5 year financial targets. Creates and manages marketing plans.
• Leads a cross-functional team to create a robust pipeline of new products based upon consumer insights and market needs, and following the CDI process. Leads development of the business case for new products, including estimating sales and financials. Oversees and manages quality issues.
• Recommends list price on new products upon data analysis. Ensures list price is consistent with brand objectives and strategies. Approves all price discounts and resolves pricing issues across channels or customers.
• Accountable for integrated marketing planning recommending marketing objectives and strategies, consumer bulls-eye target, and A&P budget. Works collaboratively with marketing communications, reviews channel and customer-specific point-of-purchase trade plans.
• Works collaboratively with Finance to develop base and stretch revenue, gross margin, and goals; maintains an ongoing assessment of estimated financial performance versus targets. Works collaboratively with Operations to track product costs and drive best cost while maintaining an acceptable level of product quality.
• Assigns employees clear projects and tasks, and coaches and develops their skills using the performance & development process and tools.
