Management of the Project Status Report (PSR) service:
Planning and coordination of reporting periods
Production and publishing of 600 PSR montly
Process description and guidelines
Support and training of IT project managers and provider
Collaboration for the monthly delivery of the reports of the measurement system for IT Solution Delivery:
Develop and maintain dashboards and reports at project and organization levels with performance indicators (metrics) covering the different IT Solution Delivery processes: Project Dashboards, 4P Report, Project Status Reports, data delivery for IT Global Scorecard and IT Architecture Scorecard
Maintain and operate the interfaces from the sources systems
Perform data quality checks with quality manager and controller
Keep documentation, fact sheets (formal metrics definition) and checklists up to date
Enhancement of lean MS Office-based solutions to implement client needs
Training and support for the reports as well as for statistical analysis

You offer

Degree or higher education in Information Technology/Software Engineering or Business/Economics with strong IT affinity
At least 5 years work experience in quality management and/or project management in a software engineering environment.
Experience in collecting and analyzing quality metrics and eveloping reports for senior managment review
Experience with quality management methods and techniques for data analysis and interpretation (e.g. Pareto, Fishbone, lean sigma)
Sound knowledge of IT project procedures and project lifecycle models as well as with the process model CMMI
Excellent knowledge of MS Excel (VBA + object model), MS Access (especially SQL)
Experience with MS SQL Analysis Services an advantage
